Our vision

Serviceware enables people to achieve their ambitions in the service economy - revolutionized by AI

Our brand promise

Companies no longer need technology to change the world - they need technology because the world has changed. Your competitiveness depends on your ability to improve your services. Efficiency and effectiveness in service determine your profit. Success and customer satisfaction depend on how you do business.

At Serviceware, we recognize that it is no longer enough to digitalize business processes. People today communicate, consume and produce in real time and expect services to meet their needs immediately. But business processes are slow, complex and sequential, which is why they no longer meet the service requirements of customers.

Serviceware enables you to meet the needs of internal and external customers in real time. Therefore, whenever an ambitious company wonders how it can use a software solution for service to achieve its business goals, the answer is always the same:

Serviceware. That's how.
